Lee Rose 2022 Ford Escort MK 2

Based on Lee Rose a well known and respected Kenyan rally driver and his legendary Ford Escort MK2 at the 2022 Safari Classic Rally. This print is special to us as Lee is the first rally driver to endorse us.

The Car: 

The Ford Escort MK2 was much loved by British motorists all throughout the 1960s and 1970s. The commercial road model was also notably the nation’s biggest selling car of 1976.

The Driver: 
Lee has been rallying for over 2 decades in numerous countries in Africa including Kenya and South Africa.

He is a 2 time KNRC (Kenya National Rally Champion 2003/2004 and has won the ARC Safari Rally numerous times.

His most recent event was the East African Safari Classic Rally where he finished in a outstanding fourth place.

His Favourite Car: of course it’s the Escort MK2 but he is also a fan of the Evo 4, and Evo 9.
